CMC has a client base over (20) years. Among the better known are the University of Miami, ABC TV (Los Angeles), Sherwin Williams, and Cedars Medical Center. Before moving CMC offers a service which if the billing has not been audited over the past (4) years, can result in a substantial refund for over billing.

A hospital was purchased by one of the mega companies and an internal audit found bills for a location closed a year before CMC was hired. The company had the billing stopped and the vendor refund (3) months over billing. CMC researched the archives of the Miami Herald finding an article several years old noting the sale. CMC negotiated a substantial refund to the client. This was a month after the vendor sent CMC a letter rejecting our claim. The legal department of the vendor saw it differently.

Another client engaged CMC to review and manage their billing. CMC generated both refunds and savings. One particular savings was on International Calls. CMC saved 78% for the client.

In another case a Fortune 500 company donated a facility to the city several years before engaging CMC. Our audit discovered the contract donating the facility. Once again a substantial refund was generated.

A local school hired CMC to design an RFP for both equipment and local service for a campus they were building in Washington, D.C. The client was impressed with both the savings and the contracts negotiated.
