ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
Present configuration is reviewed, evaluated and compared
to similar arrangements. Cost savings and more efficient design
are recommended. If requested, CMC will arrange and implement
the solution.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
Once a decision is made to upgrade, move or reconfigure,
CMC will solicit (3) proposals. Subject: Equipment; Cable; Maintenance;
Wireless; Data Networks [LAN / WAN]; Long Distance; ISP

NEGOTIATIONS
Once the bids are returned, CMC will negotiate the best
service at the best price. The final contract will set the parameters
and lock in the cost for growth over the next several years.

RENEGOTIATE
Many contracts are not at the best possible rate. Substantial
savings are possible from both lowered rates and better terms.

BILLING RECONCILIATION
Upon completion of an audit/inventory, CMC will review all contracts
and audit the past (4) years of billing.

BILLING MANAGEMENT
Since this is on a shared basis, the cost of hiring an employee
with benefits is reduced by over 50% CMC will monitor the billing
for both accuracy and changes which will lower the cost. Quarterly
Reports are provided. These can be designed to the clients specification.
